About Us
In July of 2007, Lindsey Payne opened Lindsey’s Culinary Market, the culmination of culinary school and a life-long passion for the art of cooking. An Athens native, Lindsey understands the language of food and has a desire to share that with the people of the Classic City. Lindsey’s specializes in housemade food, ranging from shrimp salad blt and turkey sandwiches to rosemary cookies and an array of specialty cakes. The food Lindsey serves to her customers is always made fresh, utilizing locally grown fruits and vegetables as often as possible.
